Privacy Policy
SoulConnect collects only the data necessary to provide the service: your account information, chat messages (processed in real time), and session timing. We do not collect location, contacts, or browsing history. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We do not sell your data to third parties under any circumstances.
DPDP Act 2023 Compliance
We comply fully with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. You have the right to access your data, correct inaccuracies, and request deletion of your account and associated data. Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. All personal data is stored on servers within India. Our Data Protection Officer can be reached at privacy@soulconnect.in.
Terms of Use
SoulConnect is a companion service for adults aged 18 and above. It is not a medical, therapeutic, or crisis service. By using SoulConnect, you agree that you will not use it as a substitute for professional mental health care. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. Wallet credits are non-refundable but never expire.
Refund Policy
All wallet top-ups are final. We do not offer cash refunds for purchased credits. However, unused credits never expire and remain in your wallet indefinitely. If you believe there was a billing error, contact support@soulconnect.in within 7 days and we will investigate within 24 business hours.
Cookie Policy
We use only essential cookies necessary for the service to function. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that share your data. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may not work correctly.
