How do I start chatting with Soul?+
Click "Start Free Chat" anywhere on the site. Your first 5 minutes are completely free — no card or account required. After the free session, create an account to top up your wallet and continue.
I created an account but can't log in. What should I do?+
Try the social sign-in option (Google, Facebook) you used when creating your account. If that doesn't work, email us at support@soulconnect.in and we'll resolve it within 4 hours.
How do I top up my wallet?+
Go to your Dashboard → Wallet tab, or visit the Pricing page. Choose a bundle, click "Pay Now", and your minutes will be added instantly after payment.
My payment failed. What happens?+
If your payment fails, no money is deducted and your wallet balance remains unchanged. Try again after a few minutes. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
Can I get a refund?+
Unused wallet time never expires — your minutes are always available. We do not offer cash refunds for purchased credits. If you believe there was a billing error, please contact us and we will investigate within 24 hours.
My chat session ended unexpectedly. What happened?+
This usually happens when your wallet balance runs out. Your conversation history is saved. Top up your wallet and you can continue exactly where you left off.
Is Soul available in Hindi?+
Yes. Simply start speaking or typing in Hindi (or any Indian language) and Soul will respond in the same language. No settings needed.
How do I delete my account?+
Go to your Dashboard → Settings and select "Delete Account". All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, per DPDP Act 2023 requirements. This action cannot be undone.
Is my conversation private?+
Completely. All conversations are encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We never sell your data or use your conversations to train AI without consent. DPDP 2023 compliant.
What if I'm in crisis or need immediate help?+
Soul is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact iCall at 9152987821, Vandrevala Foundation at 1860-2662-345 (24/7), or dial 112 for emergency services.
